GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) set forth the terms and conditions for the provision of services by B-Technology (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
1.2. The GTCs apply to all contracts with customers (hereinafter referred to as “Ordering Parties”), unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.
2. bidding and contracting
2.1. All offers of the Contractor are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
2.2. The contract is concluded by written confirmation of the order by the Contractor.
2.3. Any changes to the order require the written agreement of both parties.
3. prices and payment terms
3.1. Prices for services are determined individually for each order and are stated in the offer.
3.2. Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made on the basis of a VAT invoice within 14 days from the date of issue.
3.3. In the event of late payment, the Contractor shall be entitled to charge statutory interest.
4 Terms of service
4.1. Order completion dates are determined on an individual basis and are calculated from the moment the Ordering Party provides complete technical documentation and makes the required payments.
4.2. The Contractor reserves the right to change the completion date in the event of force majeure, shortages in the supply of materials or other factors beyond its control.
5 Liability and Complaints
5.1. Any complaints regarding the quality of services must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the completed items.
5.2. The Contractor undertakes to investigate the complaint within 14 days and take appropriate corrective action.
5.3. The Contractor’s liability shall be limited to the value of the contract and shall not include the Ordering Party’s lost profits.
6 Copyright and Confidentiality
6.1. All documents, models and technical drawings provided by the Contracting Authority shall remain the property of the Contracting Authority and shall not be used by the Contractor for any other purpose.
6.2. The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all commercial and technical information related to the execution of the order.
7 Final Provisions
7.1. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Contractor’s registered office.
7.2. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
7.3. The GTCs shall enter into force as of the date of their publication on the Contractor’s website or transmission to the Contracting Authority.
