GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) set forth the rules for the provision of services by B-Technology (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
1.2 The GTCs apply to all contracts concluded with customers (hereinafter referred to as “Ordering Parties”), unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.
2 Offer and conclusion of the contract
2.1 All offers of the Contractor are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
2.2 The contract shall be concluded by written confirmation of the order by the Contractor.
2.3 Any changes to the order shall require written agreement of both parties.
3 Prices and terms of payment
3.1 Prices for services shall be determined individually for each order and stated in the offer.
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made on the basis of a VAT invoice within 14 days from the date of issue.
3.3 In case of delay in payment, the Contractor shall have the right to charge statutory interest.
4. terms of performance of services
4.1 The terms of performance of the contract shall be determined on an individual basis and shall be calculated from the moment the Ordering Party provides full technical documentation and makes the required payments.
4.2 The Contractor reserves the right to change the term of performance in the event of force majeure, shortages in the supply of materials or other factors beyond its control.
5 Liability and Complaints
5.1 All complaints regarding the quality of services shall be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the completed items.
5.2 The Contractor agrees to investigate complaints within 14 days and take appropriate corrective action.
5.3 The Contractor’s liability shall be limited to the value of the contract and shall not include the Ordering Party’s lost profits.
6 Copyright and Confidentiality
6.1 All documents, models and technical drawings provided by the Ordering Party shall remain the property of the Ordering Party and may not be used by the Contractor for other purposes.
6.2 The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all commercial and technical information related to the performance of the contract.
7 Final Provisions
7.1 Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Contractor’s registered office.
7.2 In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
7.3 The T&Cs shall come into force as of the date of their publication on the Contractor’s website or transfer to the Ordering Party.
